01 / What we collect

• Launch updates. When you sign up, we collect your email address and record the signup time, signup source, and the description of updates you signed up for.
• Your selected build. If you choose to save a custom console build when signing up, we also store your selected options, the displayed price breakdown, and when the build was saved. Signing up without a selected build sends only your email address.
• Messages to us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include.
• Website activity. Our hosting and media providers process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested files, and request times, to deliver and protect the site. Analytics records page visits and actions such as playing the launch film or completing a signup, together with information such as referrer, device, browser, and approximate location.

02 / How we use information

We use this information to send the product and launch updates you request, remember your selected build and price, answer your messages, understand how the website is used, and keep the site working and secure.

03 / Service providers and sharing

We use Supabase to store signup records and saved builds, Vercel for website hosting and analytics, and Cloudflare to deliver website media. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Our email service processes messages you send us and our replies.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. We do not sell information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

04 / Analytics and tracking

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand site traffic and interactions. Vercel describes this service as using a temporary request-derived identifier instead of third-party cookies, without tracking visitors across different websites. Our signup analytics event does not include the email address submitted in the form. Read Vercel’s analytics privacy information.

We do not use advertising pixels or enable third parties to track your activity across websites for advertising on this site. The site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Links to Discord, X, and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

05 / How long we keep information

We retain signup records and saved builds while maintaining the launch-update list, unless you request deletion or we no longer need them for that purpose. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion period for signup records.

If you unsubscribe, we may retain your email address and opt-out status to avoid adding you back to the list. We retain correspondence as needed to handle your request and any related obligations. Technical logs and analytics are retained according to our providers’ service settings; backup copies may remain until their normal expiry.

06 / Your choices and requests

To stop receiving launch updates, or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your signup information or saved build, email help@blamo.ai. Sending your request from the address you used to sign up helps us locate your record. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, receive a portable copy of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or honor an opt-out.

07 / Scope of this policy

This policy covers this website and its launch-update list. It does not describe data handling within the VibeConsole device or separate online game and account services. We will provide relevant privacy information when offering additional services or accepting purchases.

The launch-update list is intended for people aged 13 or older. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.

08 / Changes and contact

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. For material changes, we will also provide a prominent notice on the website or notify affected subscribers by email, as appropriate.
